 Custom Designed Stainless Steel Construction Most Harbridge heat exchanger systems are manufactured of high quality stainless steel alloys for durability and longer life. Our broad range of experience includes construction in stainless steel grades such as 409, 430, 304, 310, 316, 330, and 321. Most units include sealed access doors for cleaning and maintenance. Depending on the application, our units could feature unique cleaning systems to allow cleaning "on-the-fly" for extended life between service periods on particulate laden air streams. Powered burner heat exchanger systems are only one of our specialties, and have featured gas or oil burners, gas piping trains, burner control packages and safety controls. Custom designed heat exchanger systems are also available featuring high efficiency blowers, air volume controls, electrical controls, insulation, interconnecting duct packages with expansion joints, and rigid support framing.
